Full grooming includes custom clip and scissor work to both breed standard and owner's preference. The end goal is to enable to dog to feel comfortable and content and for the owner to be as satisfied as possible with their dogs service. Please note that in exceptional circumstances such as badly matted coat or a nervous/difficult dog, the quality of the finish may not be to highest standard as the animals welfare will always come first-hair grows back but we'd never want to make a dog stressed or uncomfortable during a dematting process. Recommended every 6-8 weeks for hard to maintain coats such as poodle mixes and shih tzus or every 10-12 weeks for double coated breeds such as Collies and Shepherds. Message for a recommendation. All dogs are different and the full groom is fully custom to whatever is requested including medically appropriate clipping and welfare grooms. Full grooms also include bath and deshed with scissor tidy for double coated breeds or those who do not require any clipping. Disclaimer: All blades and scissors are sharpened regularly and up to professional standard. With this in mind, accidents can sometimes happen with equipment nicking a dog in which case the grooms price will be compromised and the injury treated with the appropriate antiseptic spray or powder. We are only human and accidents happen very easily when working with animals - no matter how many years experience we have, so this will be avoided at all costs.
